Our conditions

To benefit from all of our services, we have established a few eligibility conditions in order to establish a harmonious and transparent collaboration between our different parties.
Eligible people

1- Be at least 18 years old.
2- Be of good character even if it means honoring a commitment.
NB: A loan granted that is not reimbursed within the time limits of the contract leads to legal proceedings accompanied by the publication of your identity card on all the channels that are displayed at our agency. The transfer time is 48 hours at most.

Documents required

1- A clearly visible double-sided scanned identity document
2- Recent electricity/gas invoice (3 months) or any other equivalent document that can justify your address.
3- Last payslip or any other document that can justify your monthly income.

Depending on your request, we may ask you for additional documents.
Interest rate

Annual TEG varying from 2% to 6% depending on the amount requested and the repayment period.
NB: The duration of your loan cannot exceed 30 years. A period of time between 60 (2 months) and 90 (3 months) days from the day the borrower receives the full amount of his loan is offered before the start of repayment.

Pause in repayment

To study the possibility of extending a deadline, you can contact us by phone or from the contact form available on our website. The deferral produces interest at the rate in force, the premium for the purpose of the credit guarantee will be calculated if the insurance has been taken out.

Prepayment

Whether you have taken out a revolving credit or a personal loan, you can repay all or part of the amount you still owe at any time and at no additional cost. Whether you are a temporary worker, on a professionalization contract, an apprenticeship or even on a fixed-term contract, we can help you.

Loan agreement and insurance

The borrower will have to sign a loan agreement and a credit insurance certificate. The insurance covers you in the event of death, total and irreversible loss of autonomy, total incapacity for work by illness or accident (n°0081 FACL), and loss of employment following compensated dismissal.
